Here at A Touch of Italy Deli we make everything fresh on site in our kitchen. We have five pasta machines and a large six shelf bread oven where we cook all of our cakes, biscotti, cookies, pies, pizzas, breads, crostini and croutons.
We hand cut all of our meats as well as make our own sausage. In our 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle, we make our veal stock. We roast and hand peel all of our peppers and make our own pesto sauces from our own organically grown basil. We make our fresh mozzarella from curd, hand stretched and shaped every day. All of our produce is hand-selected and most of it is local.
