Carini’s Pizzaria and Trattoria is a family owned establishment that creates all meals from scratch with homemade recipes and fresh ingredients that you will not find anywhere else.

Born in Carini, Sicily, I grew up alongside my father learning the passion and love of Italian food that my father inspired. My father and I came to America where he opened a restaurant aptly named Carini after the hometown we loved. Now, many years and three generations later, we have come full circle continuing my father’s legacy. In honor of my father, Lorenzo Sciarrino, we named our restaurant Carini’s where we will strive to give our customers the same passion and love of food my father taught me.
