Simple! Just click HERE to purchase your desired membership. If you were provided a Coupon Code by your host or place of lodging, you will have an opportunity to enter it during the checkout process.

How do I use my Coupon Code?
If you were provided a Coupon Code by your host or place of lodging, you will have an opportunity to enter it during the checkout process. Specifically, once you add a membership to your cart, there will be a coupon code field on the Cart page where you can enter your coupon code to receive your FREE membership.

Does my membership only work in the area where I purchased it?
Your Coast to Coast Concierge membership is valid nationwide!

Is there any way to access the Coast to Coast Concierge platform from my phone?

Yes! Everything is fully optimized for mobile on-the-go browsing. For an even better experience, download our App! To download the App, simply navigate to this website from your phone and click the Install button found in the banner at the bottom of the screen. 

Why are some destinations considered Featured?
Featured Destinations have a local partner that knows the area well and can suggest local favorites. In many cases they can negotiate even better discounts and deals for our members and can handpick some of the best establishments in the area. What should I do if an employee of a participating business does not recognize my Coast to Coast Concierge membership?
First off, ask to speak with a manager. Many establishments have high employee turnover, and while a newer employee may be unfamiliar with the Coast to Coast Concierge program, the management should be aware of the program and their offered discount. If you encounter any difficulties when using your Coast to Coast Concierge membership, please contact us.

What if my favorite local business isn’t listed?
If there is a local establishment that you would like to see included on the Coast to Coast Concierge platform, please let us know, and we will reach out to them.

Account Management Questions

When does my membership expire?
It depends on the membership you purchased, 1-Year or 6-Month. To check your current membership status and expiration date, click HERE.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click HERE, then enter the email address associated with your account and click the ‘Get New Password’ button. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password.

How do I save listings to my favorites?
To add a listing to your favorites, just click the “Favorite” button located at the top of the listing, or click the heart icon in the upper right corner of the listing’s preview card. To view your favorited listings, go to the “Favorites” tab in your My Account page. To remove a listing from your favorites, simply click the unfavorite button at the top of the listing, or click the red heart icon on the listing’s preview card.
