River Park Aquatic Center features year-round FREE general admission. The heated (or chilled when the weather is hot!) pool offers six lap lanes connected to a teaching pool, where the 47’ slide also empties into, which then leads to a beach entry pool with interactive water feature. The bath house offers two clean family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms, all with showers as well. A large shaded pavilion, with ceiling fans and vending machines allows you to enjoy snacks or the lunches you brought in. Group/party reservations are required for parties of 10 or more.
The 11,000 square foot community center opened in December 2002. The community center offers many recreational classes and numerous summer and holiday camp programs. Community Center amenities include: an Auditorium with stage and a large dance floor, Commercial Kitchen, Computer Training Lab, Library, Fitness Center, Meeting Rooms, Covered Stage, and a Grass Sitting Area.
The fitness center has a variety of equipment including True treadmills, True recumbent bikes, Cybex resistance and Cybex cross trainers, Nautilus equipment, and dumbbells.
The River Park Community Center has a well-equipped Computer Lab available for public use. Internet and word processing are available. The Computer Lab’s hours of operation is based on scheduled classes and subject to change at anytime due to classes. We will post any changes at front desk as soon as possible.
Usage Fees:
River Park, the Aquatic Center, and all areas of the Community Center except for the Fitness Center are free for all to visit and use. Fitness Center fees are $5 for a one day pass, $20 for a one month pass, and $120 for a yearly membership.
