Veterans Community Park is one of the busiest in Collier County. Located in North Naples, this park keeps busy with dozens of children’s activities as well as exercise classes, including Bone Builders. It is also an attraction for dog owners with its very own dog run area.
Park amenities include: a Community Center, 3 lit softball fields, 1 lit baseball field, lit bocce ball courts, 4 lit tennis courts, 4 lit racquetball courts, lit playground, 1 lit soccer/football field, picnic area, 2 sand volleyball courts, Rover Run Dog Park, covered lit inline hockey rink (best in the area!) and 2 picnic pavilions. With so many areas for recreation, you could lose yourself in this park for an entire weekend.
The Rover Run Dog Park at Veterans is where people love to bring their dogs to bask in Southwest Florida’s beautiful sunshine. There is both a small dog area and a larger dog area. So if you have a smaller pet, not to worry, larger dogs are separated for your pet’s safety. Rover Run is open 7:30 a.m. to dusk.
